Port Chrysanthemum

Rules:

• Characters that were once in Port Chrysanthemum and were raffled off for free cannot be surrendered until you have owned them for at least 3 months!
• Characters obtained through non-mystery raffles cannot be surrendered until you have owned them for at least 2 months!
• Characters obtained through any other means cannot be surrendered until you have owned them for at least 1 month!
• Characters that have been recently redesigned cannot be surrendered until at least two weeks have passed since their design update was approved!
• CBCs can be surrendered to the port, without having to redesign them to remove their CBC label. 
• Please remove all items and pets from character's inventories before surrendering them!
• When surrendering a character that has a Toyhou.se profile, please transfer it to TheSpaceStation and let us know!
• By surrendering a character, you accept that it can be adopted by any user, who may do whatever they wish with it.

Rates:

• Common: 150 Starbits
• Uncommon: 200 Starbits
• Rare: 250 Starbits
• Mythical: 350 Starbits
• Fabled: 550 Starbits
  • Fabled traits past the first will grant an additional 50 Starbits each.

Rules:

• All Port Chrysanthemum Designs should have cleare effort put into them, and must have the following design aspects
  • At least four colors. Can be the same hue, but must be clearly distinguishable from each other.
  • At least two of these colors must be used on fur. Markings cannot only be flat gradients.
• They must also feature at least one of the following:
  • At least two layers of markings
    • Gradients on fur can be used but should not count as markings for this.
  • Prominent accessories
  • One or more miscellaneous traits
  • One or more modifier traits (e.g. Multiple Tails, Fizzy, Simple Dust Pattern)
    • This includes alternative hairstyles!
  • Unique elemental placement (e.g. cutouts)

• All masterlist images must be fullbodies, and at minimum clean sketches with no obstructive guidelines. 
• Bases may not be used. Official bases for Port Chrysanthemum may be released in the future, however.
• Designs cannot be CBCs, with the exception of song-based characters.
• You may use unlimited common-uncommon traits and one rare trait for free. Any additional rare, mythical, or fabled traits can be added using your own items.
• You will be granted 150 Starbits for each approved design, regardless of rarity tier.
• While you are limited to 3 Port Chrysanthemum MYOs per month, you may use your own items to create additional designs if you please.
  • If you do, please specify in the comments that you are creating it for Port Chrysanthemum! Otherwise, you will have to wait to surrender it like any other character.
  • You will still be paid 150 Starbits each, regardless of rarity tier.
