- Please ask before you put any designs by me into to any other closed species! it'll usually be a yes, however there are some i'd prefer you dont haha....
- In the same vein as above you may not void my designs from TSS without permission either.
- Making my TSS designs into one-off (aka. non-species) designs is perfectly fine, no need to ask for this either. As long as the TSS form remains unvoided (or you ask about voiding beforehand) it's fine.

- Please do not sell characters without a monetary value for real money unless you have commissioned or personal art of them first!
- If you wish to upload a design off-site, or use them in a Closed Species/ARPG, please contact me to obtain permission from me first. I do not wish for them to be uploaded where I am unaware of them.
- If you are blocked by me, you are not permitted to have any of my designs from that point onwards. Any designs you already had are fine to keep, but if I find you are obtaining them afterwards, I will make a bulletin notifying people to stop trading them. I do not do public blacklists, but I WILL make an exception if necessary.
