'The Administrator' is an individual that is said to have been a part of another person, but has been split from the original body, it's unknown if the original body is still out there somewhere, however 'The Administrator' is seen as a false administrator, only there to predict who will die and who will receive the gift of reincarnation and immortality, just as any other administrator and god of death would. No one knows the true identity of this husk, however it's clear that it has it's own consciousness.
