Tinsel is from Soda Planet, but she proclaims herself to be a royal figure from a different world. Though these claims are unfounded, she carries herself with a graceful confidence, and seems to have magical connections with the earth, especially in regards to water. She can be a bit mischevious, and is rather invested in romance. She prefers to fly rather than walk, because her golden wings are very heavy and often cause her legs and shoulders to ache. She is often seen at the side of Holly.
