SDC-903: Rainstorm

Rain is a mechanic from Soda Planet who has a big interest in storms! While they come off as polite, this them masking- They can be sarcastic and stern, usually preferring to be such around those they're comfortable with. They'll yap your ears off about storms, natural disasters, etc etc if they can! They usually end up trying to dumb it down for others though, thinking they'll be too much if they try to infodump all of it at once.

Incredibly close with Scamp, to the point they're one of the few people he's actually nice around.
