These wounds that have never taken shape,
So awfully bitter and clear,
Still ridicule me from the corners of my mind
Does this seem foolish?

In its due time, that one day will become a memory
It’ll have turned into a story to smile of
Everything will return to the way it’s supposed to be,
And I’ll never stop being lonely.

This sadness now
Looks like but a farce
Something certain, something solid
Is what I’m looking for.

Your kindness
Elicits this feeling of guilt from me
In its due time, our love turned to poison

So much as to steal my breath,
And on that note, we’ll bring this night to a close

Someday, I’ll lose my regrets
