Their bodies have formed a rock-hard exoskeleton, one many predators cannot crack. Their bodies are iradescent and sparkle under light.
Cephy (Past Events)
This animal was long thought to be extinct, but groups of them were found in caves that were once inaccessible. The tops of their heads are extremely tough and their headbutts can crack large boulders in half.

No larger than a typical lizard, these small animals are a rare and lucky find in caves, often blending in very well with their surroundings. They're known to reward those that are kind with them with gifts of their own making!

They use their bodies as brushes, using their claws for detail work and tails to cover large areas. The legibility of their paintings is... questionable.
